    im sick of some dishonest ebay sellers when there adverts say New with tags when they no it is not. the box was falling apart there was marks on the side of the bag the bag smelt musty feisty in side it & one of the straps was a different color the seller made me feel like a liar. these bags are prob old stock been sitting around some were for along time . seller said was getting bag cheap but not really asking price on ideal world was only about £10 more new should of bought there instead

Each time, you replied that it was too much hassle, and would rather have a discount. We agreed as a gesture of goodwill for you to keep the bag and have a discount, which we did. Based on the above, we don’t understand why you would leave us bad feedback. Please remove the bad feedback as we agreed to all your requests.
