  This items listing did not have a video, so I trusted the seller that the item was in "working great". The box when received was in perfect condition, with fragile written all over it. I plugged it in and the sound did not work. I emailed the seller and he said I should make a claim with the shipper. You may want to request a video when buying a mechanical item from this seller.

  Sorry this item didn't work as described. It worked fine when it left my care. I had a video that I couldn't upload but commented on the ad to reach out if you'd like to see it. You did not. Instead of going with the obvious option and filing an insurance claim with your local post office for damages, you decided to bash me online. All of my ads request that you ask questions if you're unsure of anything. All of my items are described to the best of my ability.
