Does what it says on the can!
It worked. No problems with it and it was very reasonable.

Instant difference in water quality
A good solid product that was easy to fit. The drinking water quality improved straight away. It tastes better and looks much clearer. I have not had to descale the shower head and the shower screen takes very little cleaning now. Same goes for the bath. The shine is coming back on the inside of the kettle and our dishwasher. Our unit went into the bottom of the cupboard where our mains comes in. It would take up a lot of room under a sink unit so double check your measurements first. No electric supply needed or topping up with salt. Easy to forget it is there so I must leave myself a reminder to change the filters! I would fit another if I move house.

Poor instructions.
Because the instructions are written in poor english and the diagrams are so small that you cant read them with a magnifying glass, I had great difficulty in setting the unit up. When I did get it to search for programs it did not pick up any BBC channels.It mentioned it had wi-fi but it was only wi-fi 'ready'. It was nt built in. I sent it back.
