    Item was posted and I was excited to receive it. Seller stated item was not in good condition and issued a refund. However, the item should not have been listed if there was an issue with it. If the item was damaged this should have been reviewed before posting online and accepting payment. Granted seller issued a refund theitem shouldn t have been posted in good condition.
