    After initial confusion when the item was delivered and taken out of packaging, it didn't appear to have the LED Voltage display. I contacted the supplier and was informed that the Led display was only visible when plugged in. Query resolved and it works great. Just what I wanted. This really should have been mentioned in the selling description. Thanks again to the seller

    Thank you for your feedback. While I appreciate your input, I’m not entirely sure why you believe it is necessary to mention in the listing that an item with a digital display requires power. It seems quite self-explanatory, doesn’t it? Generally, any device featuring a digital interface would naturally need a power source. Including such obvious information in the listing is unnecessary. Your thoughts are valued though.

    The item that was delivered did not have the battery charge voltage as shown in the advert, I sent it back to the address on the packing asking for the correct item to be sent to me. This was on the same day of delivery weeks ago and have had no reply to now, disgraceful service.

    Hello, the item does have a voltage indicator however has to be plugged into the vehicle to get power to it, we have not been advised by you that you have returned the item nor have we received it, could you please let us know when? Do you have tracking? Who did you send it with? Why didnt you contact us? This could have been resolved with a little communication.
