  Service was very poor. The item was not posted until one week after I placed my order. I enquired of the seller after 6 days whether the item had been dispatched and the seller stated it had been dispatched the previous day. However, it wasn't until a day later that Royal Mail received the item. Being lied to by a seller is very bad form. Given the delay, I no longer need the part and cannot return it as the seller is purporting to be a 'consumer' when they clearly are operating as a business

  I purchased this item over a week ago, and the seller marked it as dispatched. However, the tracking information indicates that Royal Mail is still awaiting the item from the seller. The lack of communication or updates from the seller during this delay is unacceptable. Very disappointed with the poor service and responsiveness
