Economical but lacking a bit more longevity.

So I got these strictly because they were very well priced for an order of 8 or more for an engraving tool. They seemed to run great and perfect for about 7 mins and then started losing some oompf. I let them rest for about 5 mins and they were back to normal for about 6 mins this time. I would think they would be more situated with maybe powering a speaker book, which would be much more easy on the power draw, or something with an LED light. They do the job for most things but would prefer a longer lasting time frame.

Better than the basic ones.

So I got the status quo kit when I bought my strips, from Lowes. There really weren't enough in the pack. Hit up trusty old eBay and found this 100 pack for an excellent price. These appear to be a slightly stronger metal. I had to use a set of pliers to get the pinch done, to snap these into place. That's what I want, a good solid set into place. We are doing more of these types of inserts at our house and a friends. Good to have a lot on hand.

Great item. Little on the snug side.

The product itself is great. My foot is 11.5 wide. For my foot, these fit just a smidge on the snug side. I'm good though. For the price, I couldn't go wrong. I just give the sock a little stretch before wearing.
