  it never stated in the description that it was missing one of the most important pieces of the tool and without that piece the tool is half complete. tried to offer me a lousy $10, then says return it, but is he going to pay for the time I have to take off work to return this package and is he going to pay me back for the additional shipping cost I already paid on top of that? what would have been fair and the right thing to do was offer half of the return back since it was only half of the tool
