A wonderful discovery album
I am reasonably familiar with Jacques Loussier's work and have owned a number of his CDs. I have also had the pleasure of seeing him in concert. This CD was intended as a little present for someone and since I had not listened to it personally before I thought I would give it a run through before handing it over. I have to say, I was delighted by the assemblage of tracks on it and was once again captivated by his work. I would even go so far as to say that I totally agree with the album label, "the very best of Play Bach", which is often just a sales gimmick, but in this case is very truthful, IMHO. I am sure that the recipient of this gift, who has not experienced JL before will be as captivated by his work and discover a new world of enjoyment in it.

Great value
3 of 3 found this helpful Very pleased with item received and I plugged it in and it all worked straight away. Be warned however, that a TV remote might have an effect on the performance. I have a Samsung TV and the remote can mess with the light show if the sensor picks up the remote's signal. Apart from that, it is a winner.

Solid tool holders
I am a relative newcomer to lathe work so I am not an authority on tools and their uses, however I have seen these tool post holders used by much better machinists than me and so I chose on that basis. The tool post is steel not aluminium alloy, so that was attractive, and then the holders themselves are similarly machined from steel for maximum rigidity. The mating surfaces to the post are flat and easy to keep clean. As a personal preference I have replaced the locking screw for the height adjustment with a 16mm SS grub screw, so that it does not stick up and get in the way so much, but other than that I am very happy with the quality and in using them. I received two with the QCTP, as well as a parting off tool holder, and have since bought six others to save swapping out individual tools so much. Overall I am very pleased with them and would recommend them to others
