Orthotics
1 of 1 found this helpful I tried the Insoles in my every day shoes and wore them for about two hours and my feet were terrible, I called into my Chiropodist to ask him to check them, he said they were fine good condition but I should only where them for a few minutes say 15 mins each day and increase the time each day, since then I have them in my wellingtons(as I do a lot of outside work and they have been fine in those.
I am now just trying some heel orthotics in my normal shoes because the full one in these shoes are not good for me. But the quality is superb and of course value for money.
Like anything new it needs to be tried first.

Brilliant and sturdy
Really good and sturdy Squeegee Glass Wiper for the shower, we even got them before the date of the 10th April however you sent us two.
