Reassembly needed
It is a cheap product, so understandably it wasn't faultless - sadly it was a pretty big fault for a gaming keyboard: key S was working 9 times on 10. It is pretty important key in gaming so it was causing issue. Disassembling the keyboard and resetting all silicon caps solved it, but it was pretty annoying task - I don't envy people doing it 8 hours a day. Now it is working OK, but still pretty flimsy and cheap looking plastic. My son loves it though, hence the high rate :).
