No Capacity
As soon as this used battery arrived, I placed it into my CF-28, booted it into the BIOS and went to the built-in "Battery Refresh" utility in the BIOS. I ran the utility many, many cycles over several days trying to restore the battery to a point where it would hold enough charge to be able to shut the PC down safely(at least) in case of a power outage. I also tried refreshing the battery in the other usual ways when the BIOS Battery Refresh Utility didn't work.
I managed to get it to hold enough charge to run the laptop for maybe 1 minute, which is NOT adequate.
It was a gamble for less than $12 that I lost. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because of the price.
