I read that 10 mins skipping burns as many calories as 25 mins running. I immediately got excited about saving 35 mins daily and bought this skipping rope. Two days later it arrived and I started skipping.
I can easily run 45mins, but no way can I skip for 10 mins without pausing.
It is SO hard. No wonder boxers use it as a warm up.
