Great unit but it needs improvement.
This is a good product but it is very difficult to dial in the right temperature especially because there is no effective way to do so. You will need a baking thermometer to test the temperature before using it. Why did they not provide that build into the unit? Other than this shortcoming, it is a very good working unit and I enjoy using it.
