Calming and energizing
I would recommend starting with the water program (easier on the legs to start with). Very calming and with practice you really feel the energy building in your hands.The fire program is more energetic (and when I got it the dragon stance is my favorite)

2 of 3 found this helpful bass is far too heavy, drowns out other sounds. they look nice but they are very cheap (£50 new). Better off getting speakers in the next price range (£100-£150), if this is too expensive buy second hand.Try Tannoys, mission, keff etc, these have a superior sound
