Delivery took a bit but I got a hat with custom text I wanted embroided in the font I wanted, layout and capitilisation. Quality isnt the best but at this price point its definately good enough fot me. Two main issues is the front has a point that sticks out and the letter i's dot is joined a tiny bit. Ive included two pictures.

First of all the cap is very well made so they are using great quality gear. The logo I asked for looks great and I'm very happy with it. I can highly recommend this seller. However, there are two points I was not so pleased about but they are only small issues. The first is the shipping time, and the second was the packaging or lack of it (just came in a plastic bag) So the postman not knowing what it was just squashed it through the letter box and the rim bend But I managed to straighten it

I thought I'd ordered a medium, but once I cut the straps underneath, my dog wasn't at all bothered by wearing it. It really does help to indicate to people to be gentle and kind and starts lots of conversations. I would recommend having one to any rescue animal owner. It saves lots of explaining if they are nervous or agitated!!
