Good for an ex - eastender
I thought that learning the dance moves was fun, the trainer and lucy were enthusiastic, although at times when I really needed to see the mans feet I got his lovely muscley chest! The exercise is definitely low impact and would be best used the day after a hard work out to keep the metabolism going. You also have to learn the routine thoroughly to get the best workout which may take a while. But over - all a very enjoyable exercise!

The beauties of hollyoaks
The music was repetitive and there were limited instructions about the next moves. However, if you can learn them it provides a good medium to high impact work out. There is a truly cringe worthy 2 minutes when the girls perform a dance routine but during that I usually do some tricep work with weights. There is a little to much focus on the girls bodies even though they are gorgeous and they don't really say much during the work out. Distinctly average, but would buy it for a pound!

Fat Nat no more? I can feel why!
This work out is fairly high intensity when its done the whole way through. It is similar in effort to Davina power of 3 but MUCH more interesting and far less annoying. A very thin Natalie and her equally preppy instructor clad in lovely pink outfits very enthusiastically guide you through the program with good clear instructions. They use run of the mill aerobic exercises (interval) and some sassy boxing and dance moves. The warm up is fairly fast paced (as is the whole DVD) but enjoyable. The main section is split in two with dance - ish moves first, the second is the kick boxing with absolutely the most painful repetition of squats known to man! They are extremely effective but do remember if it gets too much to stop! Next is the toning section which has the usual push ups and crunches to finally polish you off. You are encouraged to take on fluids through out the DVD but it doesn't give you that much time to rest, but more than others. The music I thought was nondescript but entertaining enough to keep you going. Overall I really enjoyed the work out and responded well to the enthusiastic pleas of the instructor. Natalie is far from annoying as a lot of people in celeb DVDs often are. You also really believe that she may have used this work out to get slim whereas, again, others appear not to be able to stand to this claim. There is also a helpful diet section and tips which have common sense tips and a plan, but remember if you really want to loose weight, its not about the fad diets! It really does provide a good all body work out with good fat ridding and muscle building moves - RECOMMENDED!
