I am very happy with my purchase but was disappointed with the high postage cost and slow delivery. The item took 5 days to arrive. The seller also changed the information on eBay to ‘dispatched’ yet the item was not posted until a couple of days later. I think charging customers a £6+ delivery charge for express delivery is too much if it takes 5 days for the item to arrive

Excellent product and arrived next day!
Arrived the next day! Dennis the kitten loves it..! Sturdy and great value. Very pleased and would definitely recommend!

Lovely smell
Lasts for a few days but not as long as when he was groomed but lovely smell and soft dog

Looking forward to getting my new T Roc and as I love the advert... had to have Bam. He’ll take pride of place hanging from my mirror when it finally arrives!!
