  The item was described as "working and fully tested" and that the "highest quality parts" had been used to rebuild it. Upon receiving it, it was found to be seized and inoperable. I've since spent £213 having a "working" part serviced so that it works. The seller was contacted three times where I explained, in detail, the issues I had with the item I bought in good faith, largely based on his faultless feedback. No contributions were made from him towards the extra expenses I had incurred.
