Slightly substandard
Have been used to clothes rails from shop fitters that I used to get through my work.
Had to buy my own. Thought this seemed good value, but would rather have paid a bit more and got something that was easier to put together and something that felt more rigid on construction.
Supplied with 2 spanners that didn't fit the screw or the cover, so very difficult to tighten well.
Hasn't collapsed yet, but not confident it will last.

Great value
Always bought Brita. This is an older model I think, but works just as well if not better than the newer versions and the 3 filters that come with it are an extra bonus.
Really good value.
