I sold the buyer a GHD Diffuser & nozzle there was a full description & plenty of pictures to show the items. She wanted to return them, which I don’t normally accept, but I did as EBay doesn’t leave much option to decline this. I have received the diffuser back, but not the nozzle and she’s tried to say it was never sent, even though I sent pictures to prove otherwise. Do not sell to her!!
