Why did I wait so long?
1 of 4 found this helpful I got the 7 lb stainless steel sausage stuffer. I made 20 lb of sausage a week after it arrived and was totally impressed with how good it worked. I could crank it with one hand and handle the casings with the other. No more stuffing with the grinder ever again. It disassembled easily for washing but be careful with the vent screw or you could lose it down the drain.
