Printer not performing as expected
So, the printer arrived as described but had a European plug, no big issue I bought an adapter.
It came without inks which we expected and bought some aftermarket inks because purchasing the Samsung ones would have cost us twice the cost of the printer! We went through the online set-up and calibration process and found spotting and smudging on our printouts which we haven't been able to resolve, so the printer is only useful to us now to print labels, not the intended purpose. I can't categorically say the issue is with the supplier because it could be down to the inks, but the fact is we have a printer that does not operate how we would have expected with aftermarket inks, a suggestion the supplier made. Anyway that's the reason for the low star review
