We feel better and better!
My family of 3 have been taking this for several years now and have found a difference in how we feel. Better; after a month, I asked them both if they found a difference in their daily lives and they both said they felt better, so do I. It is a little difficult to describe the feeling, apart from 'better'.

Waiting for nothing!
0 of 1 found this helpful I set the seeds at the same time, but separately, as my blue and white forget-me-nots. Great germination on the blue and white ones, which were from a Garden Centre but only 9 seeds germinated in the pink tray. Very disappointing.

How do you know if you are not snoring?
1 of 2 found this helpful The wife will tell you! I suffer from a blocked nose, it swells up inside when I sleep, this makes me breathe through my mouth. I also suffer from a lack of saliva, often waking up coughing because of a dry throat. Hey presto! Along came this little gadget which somehow keeps me breathing through my nose by seemingly stopping the swelling. I tried these before the magnets were put in, it is definetly much better now and the magnets seem to stop it being dislodged in the night.
