Using the fryer
3 of 3 found this helpful The machine is very easy to operate and quick to reach the required temperature. The only thing to watch is that when you remove the lid to check the contents you have to be careful to avoid the condensation that it releases. I would however point out that this is a problem that exists in all fryers of this type and in no way detracts from the efficiency of what is an excellent machine which gives good value for money.

Excellent quality product- a good amount of friction material on the shoe. The only problem I had was that the operating lever pin was too large for the arm but this was overcome by simply drilling the arm hole to suit. This may be because my Trooper is 24 years old and the newer arms may be a different size. other than that, very satisfied.
