Badly made

Set this up, followed instructions on how to correctly do the flue. The first fire smoke poured out of the doors and filled my office with smoke alarms going off. Well made but at the same time poorly made with no seal on the doors. I was told to scrunch up some paper, light it to warm flue up so that the smoke would be drawn out. So am i supposed to do this every time with smoke alarms going off and stinking my office out. So honestly, NOT GOOD.
