Range Rover Classic Memory Seat ECU NiMh Replacement Battery For PRC9864

Got my RRC seat working again
Common problem with Range Rover Classic memory seat motors stopped working (well, seat controls operated wing mirrors!!). Likely problem is failed battery in ECU under seat. Extracted seat ECU (!) opened it up and unsoldered battery. Some corrosion on PCB from battery leakage but cleaned it up - looked saveable. New battery from docky soldered back in and whole system working perfectly. Great result due to suppliers like docky finding the parts to keep these great vehicles going. Advice CHANGE YOUR BATTERY NOW before it leaks, if it hasn't already.
