Great for cycling in country lanes
2 of 2 found this helpful My wife and I both have these lights (one bought from another supplier) and have found them excellent for cycling at night in country lanes. They provide good lighting for at least 25m ahead and a wide and even beam that covers the whole of a narrow road and the verge. The light is quite compact and solidly built with a metal case - although this does make it relatively heavy. Only minor drawback is the short battery life (1.5 hrs) at high power - however, the battery charge indicator is very useful and I've found the lower power settings perfectly adequate when I need to conserve power.
