Throw the sponges away
I always used a chunk of my wife's sponge from the kitchen. No more. This is a great product. Only down side it that I had to use a bit of electrical tape to hold the bottom on. The housing could just as well be ONE piece (but then a difficult design to mfr). In use, my iron is WAY cleaner and I can solder much finer work, much more precisely.

FINE Instrument
I own one just like this is in red and the price was TOO good to pass up on. I also own the USA version that is one of the finest guitars made. These imports are outstanding quality, sound great, and worth it just for the pickups alone (they're the Tesla VR60 which are SO close to a PAF)!

From the cradle of Rock n Roll
Only thing better than Joe Cocker on this DVD is Leon Russell. IMHO the genius behind the Joe Cocker sound. I wore out the Cassette tape in the early 70s and lost the CD in the 90s. LOVE me some Mad Dogs and Englishmen.
