One of my favorite games!
1 of 1 found this helpful Half-Life still holds up great today, two decades after its initial release! While the graphics are clearly dated, the great environment and level design keep the game fresh even by modern scrutiny. I enjoy having a boxed copy for my collection, though I would recommend that anyone wanting to play it nowadays for the first time should just pick up the Steam version. It is updated for modern hardware and operating systems and is much smoother experience overall than the original Sierra CD version, though it is possible to get this version and its expansions running on Windows 10 with only a moderate amount of time and effort. Either way, I still highly recommend Half-Life!
