I received 10 unique ornaments and a duplicate pair, meaning I was missing one of the 12. I contacted the seller who initially offered to exchange for the missing one. The seller then contacted me claiming that she “doesn’t know how this happened.” I asked if she could exchange my INCOMPLETE SET for one of her Complete Sets. I made this request EIGHT DAYS AGO, and she has ghosted me since. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I do NOT recommend!
