Morning Qi Gong routine sorted
I became interested in Ba Daun Jin having seen Faye Yip billed as teaching this at Tai Chi Caledonia 2013. It is quite a thin book but with the DVD is good value. I particularly like the detail of the exercises and the methods of action included for each exercise. I would have liked Faye Yip to have demonstrated on the DVD but that is being picky. It compares well to other books on Qi Gong and I would consider buying other publications from Chinese Health Qi Gong.

Light and comfortable
This does the job of flasks costing 4 times as much.I have the 250ml one and it is comfortable to carry in a vest. The bite valve gives a decent flow and so far doesn't leak. Easy to clean and keep in the freezer between uses. There is a little bit of staining at the bottom from a citrus drink mix but I don't care. I bought 3, one as a spare but no sign of needing it. If I do I will buy another.
