Ok for travel but better performance is with a mains operated unit :(
2 of 2 found this helpful I have owned many water flossers over the years but I prefer the Waterpik which is mains operated. I bought this as it is rechargeable so good for travel but I don't know with this eaterflosser I never could get the tips to securely attach to the main body so every time I used it more water went all over the place than actually in my mouth.

Fun Movie
Having watched both Hotel Transylvania 1 & 2 and enjoyed them . I wanted to have my own copies unfortunately I must have been half asleep when I ordered this dvd as I failed to notice it was a Bluray dvd which of course my regular dvd player failed to play. This is no reflection on the movie itself--my fault for not noticing :(

Great Health Benefits.
Having read all about the benefits of Kefir I did go online and saw it was available through some supermarkets but at an inflated price so decided to buy the grains online and make it myself.
It is a fairly simple process to make and all you need is a mason jar, cheesecloth/muslin and whole milk. The whole process takes only a few days-does better in a warm kitchen. In the past I only ate natural yogurt with the live cultures -no nasty additives etc I like the fact that I know exactly what is in what I am putting in my body.
