Excellent product almost let down by poor description

I nearly didn't buy this because the description on ebay didn't say if there was a ceiling rose included (and one wasn't shown in any of the photographs). It also mentions in the Specification "Length with chain" - there is no chain, the fitting is suspended by the wire. Now the positives: - this is a complete pendant lamp fitting with wire and ceiling rose ,even including an LED bulb - the quality is excellent and safety standards very high - it isn't a "rise and fall", but the height is adjustable by cutting some off the (over 1 metre long) wire and reconnecting it. (This should be done by a qualified electrician, of course). - the metal ceiling rose is earthed and has lots of space in it for wiring - necessary in my house because there are three sets of twin and earth to each light!

Put your electronics on display!

I built a guitar distortion pedal in one of these boxes. Being clear plastic, the electronics are on display - including the valve glowing gently. The plastic is easy to drill (no cracking) and the slotted sides can be used to locate printed circuit boards. With the lid in place, this is one tough box!
