Well made!
I wasn’t sure what the quality would be like but more than pleased when discovered how well made it was when assembling it. It had an ‘old school’ build quality to it and very well finished. Don’t let the Made in China deter your decision.
I use it at my piano in my home studio but then I turn around 90 degrees and sit on the side edge to play guitar. I’m quite heavy these days and it holds my weight just fine with no fear it may break on me no matter how I sit on it. I’ve used the height adjustment a bit, but it works for me all the way down. So can’t comment how sturdy it is with the height adjusted further up.
Would definitely buy it again.

Does the job nicely
I like this neck cradle very much. I could have gone with something more robust, but also bulky. If you’re a luthier and work on guitars everyday then you might want something more robust. But that’s not to say the Hercules isn’t robust and solid. It’s built well and folds up nicely for portability which is why I bought it. I can stow it away easily in a case without adding bulk for those times I need to work on a guitar or change all strings when away from the comfort of home. If I lost it I’d definitely buy another. Perfect for my needs on multiple types of acoustics and electrics.

Great AKG sound as always.
I’ve owned and used AKG headphones (K240) in studios for many years and familiar with their ‘house sound’. I’m using them now in my home recording setup. They do very in sound depending on the market intended for - professional or home-user. They tend to have a warmer, unfatiguing quality - maybe not the most accurate but great for long listening sessions.
To be honest I didn’t expect much from the Y50BT and previously not a fan of Bluetooth for audio. But I needed new cans for my noisy morning commute and unable to use in-ears anymore due to ear infections.
But I was amazed at how good these sounded, even with Bluetooth. There is a slight bass extension but not bloated or overwhelming. They are excellent for sound isolation even at low volumes. They are comfortable for my one hour commute and I never feel the need to take them off because of discomfort.
Very please with these and though I thought a bit pricey I’ve found these well worth the cost.
Using them with iPhone successfully but not using the stock music app.
