A solid self ballast bulb
I’ve used several UVA/UVB self ballast bulbs over the last 3 years. This Exo Terra, though pricy, is the best I’ve found. The guidelines for height=heat & absorption is spot on. I have 2 bearded dragons and they need a higher heat + a good deal of UVB. These bulbs have a very good UVB ratio. My girls spend a good amount of their days under these bulbs. They seem quite happy!
