  Seller was unwell so unable to dispatch my purchase in the expected timeframe but did respond to my concern and eventually sent the item which was packed in a rather tatty cardboard box. I assume it is new and therefore in perfect working order but it requires setting up outdoors so I have not been able to assess or use it due to ongoing bad weather.
