    Item arrived after 6 days only works when plugged in asked for a replacement to be sent, just messaged to say send it back, no mention they will send another, advised to box it up when it came on a jiffy bag, so i have sent it back on bag it came on, definatly not value for money as 6 days without a mobile due to battery for it then not to work is unacceptable and then no reply if they are replacing it, also had to go to post office to send it back, would not recommend this company.
