I've purchased multiple items from FHS through bidding. Won the bidding of this phone. FHS dispatched this item promptly as usual; with very good packing to protect the phone. The phone received does have decent cosmetic condition, as described in the post. After tested the phone for 30 minutes, found out that the phone has some hardware issues. Communicated with the seller, FHS, on the issue. FHS has agreed to arrange return and full refund. Highly recommended FHS.
