  No fault of the seller, the shirt was lost or stolen by the international mail services. The tracking dropped off somewhere in Eastern Europe. Fortunately a refund was not difficult to obtain. The seller answered all questions and apologized.

  Seller did not pay any shipping costs and made us assume all responsibility to pay the customs price. The customs price was more than the item/shipping combined AFTER we had already paid a shipping fee.
