Highly Recommended.

This docking station turns your compatible laptop into a desktop (you do need a Dell 130 watt power supply as well). You gain a network port, 3 different kinds of monitor port (not HDMI- but an inexpensive adapter from Displayport to HDMI works perfectly), and a plethora of extra USB 2 and 3 ports. So you can plug in your monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, scanner, etc on your desk, and disconnect them all with a press of one button when you want to take your laptop away. The quality and compatibility are as you would expect from a Dell business product (very good). Highly recommended.

Not for me

If it fits your ears it may be OK. Unfortunately I couldn't get a good seal, so it wasn't effective at all. 3M plugs fit me better and cost less.
