I’ve been taking this for 8 years now.
It’s the best investment I did for myself, my health.
In the UK we tend to be VitD deficient so having 1 a week helps to keep on top of those deficiencies.
It’s always best to do a routine blood test every 6months or yearly to see if all your body nutrient levels are ok. Depending on how low your results are you can take this 1-2 times a week.
Both my husband & I feel that they help with even aches and pains in the joint and tendons.
