Avoid at all costs

The product was delivered damaged. The metal within the ironing board was badly dented, the white paint was scratched and the metal is rusting.i wrote to Homecare in Rochdale and did not receive the courtesy of a reply. I now have to escalate the matter. Avoid at all costs
