1 of 1 found this helpful Well built rower let down by a couple of design errors. Firstly, the cable is way too exposed that resulted in mine snapping when assembling. Second are the foot straps which fray easily and the metal holders twist an the Velcro starts to come out. This happened in my first week. After loads of research these issues annoyed me. I know it’s a budget machine but these are basic errors.
Thankfully JLL replaced the snapped cable as it is actually a good rowing machine. Hopefully they will send some foot straps.
