Could be great if you don't have issues
Pros-
G-sync is great (I have a wide range of FPS dips and this makes the tearing almost nonexistent)
The adjust ability of raising and lower the screen
Price on sale is well worth it (if there's no issues)

Cons-
Bright sub-pixel that's dead in the middle of the screen (right out of the box).
In short, it's a great monitor. The G-sync/144hz is a huge improvement over the 60hz Acer monitor they replaced (horrible tearing). The picture quality is about the same. The huge downside is the bright sub-pixel that was dead out of the box. My other two 8 year old Acer monitors are still fine with no dead pixels.
