Keeps failing to read discs

Tried for a month now but finally had enough. The device keeps failing to read the disc and either drips out or skips.

One of the channels only works when it feels like it! Temperatures on individual units differ from those displayed on the main unit. Channel 3 is currently showing 14 degrees on the main unit but only 5 on the sensor. I can't recommend this product as not reliable enough.
