Worth the money, but it didn't cost much
The plastic is pink-ish and so makes the screen less easy to read
It stays on the phone well
Resists scratches, looks too thin to protect against dropping incidents

Very helpful pocket guide with lots of history and interesting commentary of the surroundings
This is the newest revision. The Ramblers club re-walked and completely revised the route directions during lockdown in 2020. All guides take a little getting used to. What one author thinks is a difficult stretch may be easy for yourself. Colin is a cautious guide and is very descriptive along the way. I can walk for longer than the stages are planned at times, but the use of transport at either end is too helpful to ignore, so I have kept to the book. I have found when walking in the rain or poor light that I have to hunt for the next instruction in the text. I use a highlighter on the pages for my own ease of use. It also gives me a task on the tube as I travel to the start of each section.
