Fan blade rubs on housing

The fan rubs on the housing on one of the units I ordered. You can hear it mostly at speed up and speed down. The other unit I ordered does not have this issue. Too much hassle to deal with returning it, so I'll just have to live with it. Quality control may be lacking with these. Hit or miss.
