  Postage was quick and packaging couldn't be better. The laptop is almost as described. As I can only get 256MB RAM to be detected. But I think that is just a handling issue where the RAM has come loose in shipping. Unfortunately, it is the module under the keyboard. Nothing the seller could have prepared for. Great value and great seller.

However I was very pleased with the salesman because he accepted my return when I told him that I hadn’t broken the seal of the Hanel Combi remote control package and the refund was done very quickly after he received back the package.
