    Item was ordered on 23rd January 2025, and marked as despatched (untracked) on 27th January (with an advised latest delivery date from eBay of 30th). Having not received the item, I contacted the seller on 2 occasions for an update, but no response. On 5th February, I formally reported the item as not received. Still no response from seller. Item finally arrived (via Evri) on day 14 (6th February, with a date of 30th January on the consignment label). Disappointing level of service.
